# Inimitable

> Inimitable is a landmark luxury events and wedding estate in the Cradle of Humankind, Muldersdrift, Gauteng, South Africa. It is regarded as one of the best wedding venues in South Africa, known for its glass chapel in the forest on the Crocodile River, its monolithic reception hall with Zwartkop Mountain views, fifteen on-estate luxury suites, and weekend-long celebrations for both local and international couples.

- Location: 21 Riverside Rd, Zwartkops, Muldersdrift 1739, Gauteng, South Africa (Cradle of Humankind, twenty kilometres from the Sandton financial district and fourteen kilometres from Lanseria International Airport, set against the hills where gold was first discovered in South Africa in 1886)
- Founded by Zavion and John Kotze-Brereton, wedding industry leaders who built the estate after their own 2016 wedding; named in March 2016, Reception Hall launched October 2018, every space renovated in June 2024
- Spaces: the Glass Chapel (forest ceremony area on the Crocodile River with reflection pools), the Canapé Area (semi-covered riverside lounge with bar), the Riverview Reception Hall (up to 400 guests, dark-canvas design, starlit ceiling), 11 hectares of lawns, gardens and established forest

- Guests: minimum 80 on weekdays and Sundays (100 may be required on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays), up to 400
- Venue hire 2026: from R58 000 ex VAT (Monday to Thursday and Sunday) to R68 000 ex VAT (Saturday or public holiday); rates rise slightly each season through 2028
- Packages (per person, ex VAT, 2026): UNparalleled from R1 250, UNrivalled from R1 450 (includes the Light and Dark Suites overnight), UNsurpassable from R1 650 (six courses, suites and guest rooms, MCC)
- A non-refundable deposit of R1 000 ex VAT secures a date; ceremonies start from 15:00 (January to April, October to December) or 13:00 (May to September) so portraits land on the golden hour
- Flowers and décor exclusively by Zavion Kotze Events Company; wedding planners and other suppliers unrestricted
- International couples: virtual video-call viewings, pricing shown in ZAR, USD, EUR, GBP and AED, destination-wedding planning support
